The cost of your treatment will vary depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options before you begin, so that you can make the best choice for you!
Treatment Down Payment
If the scheduled time for your treatment equals or exceeds 90 minutes, we will require a 25% down payment upon scheduling your appointment. This down payment is non-refundable and will be applied to your total treatment cost.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment changes. If you reschedule more than 48 hours prior to your appointment, you may apply your 25% down payment to your rescheduled treatment. If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to your appointment time, your 25% down payment may be applied as a credit to your account.
If the reschedule/cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time, the down payment will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future treatment.
